Electrical Maintenance/Site Engineer Crewe. Our client is one the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their external site teams. This challenging and diverse role includes working alongside a mechanical engineering installing, commissioning and servicing of pumping equipment. REQUIREMENTS Attend sites across the UK in your given area Support our after sales and breakdown department when available Be prepared to stay away from home when required, at least one night a week Maintain company procedures and improve where possible Complete site reports after each visit and obtain customer signature Return all completed site reports and time sheets in a timely fashion Be a good ambassador for the company, promoting all products and services Ensure all materials and tools are available before leaving and complete works within time frames Communicate at all levels Be responsible for petty cash and credit card Identify training needsWORKING CONDITIONS: Working in your defined area ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY: Be flexible to the requirements of the business Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures. Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to timePERSON SPECIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING C&G Level 3 - Initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations - Essential Electrical qualification to 17th or 18th Edition - Desirable Confined space training - Desirable First Aid - Desirable CSCS - DesirableKNOWLEDGE Knowledge of the industry - DesirableEXPERIENCE Experience of working in a similar role or maintenance - Desirable Preferably with motors and/or pumps - Desirable Good communication skills (written & verbal) - DesirableSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Ability to work flexibly - Essential Team player - Essential Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload - EssentialPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Self-motivated - Essential Prepared to learn new skills - Desirable  Typically working 45-50 hours per week.  OTE £45K- Benifits: Flexibility to work contracted hours over 4 days, subject to workload and managers discretion 30 days holiday (including statutory) rising to 33 days after one years’ service and beginning of next calendar year Annual business performance related bonus (non-contractual) Auto enrolment pension. Initial 5% employee contribution, after 3 years’ service, they will fund employee contribution. After a qualifying period; private health care (taxable), critical illness cover and death in service cover Full training will be given for all roles Opportunity for progression and training.  All roles advertised internally. Excellent modern working environment. Office opens between 08:00 to 18:00.  Workshops generally open between 08:00 to 16:30. 25% of employees have worked for the client for more than 10 years – that must speak volumes
