2nd Line Support


Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a 2nd line support engineer to join a company based in Egham. Hybrid remote working offered and there will be visits to customer sites. You will need to have an MSP background and any experience with google workspace will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the point of contact for all IT support requests and queries for clients * Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems * Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues * Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components * Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers, smartphones, tablets, printers and network devices * Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately. * Creating, maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly * Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of the software and hardware technologies used by clients * Maintain a strong customer focus at all times WINDOWS / 2ND LINE / SERVER / OFFICE 365 / GOOGLE WORKSPACE
