We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to be a guiding force in our team. We believe in fostering a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive. Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching Scale - Based on experience As a Primary School Teacher, you'll be the artist shaping young minds, painting a canvas of knowledge and curiosity. Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students. * Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity. * Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback for growth. * Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education. Requirements: * Enhanced DBS certificate. * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications. * Experience within a primary school setting, with a passion for early childhood education. * Commitment to creating an environment where every child can succeed. About the school... Our partnered school is a primary school for mixed pupils aged 3 to 11 in Oxford. It has 302 students and a student-teacher ratio of 15:1. The school aims to provide an outstanding education for the children of Rose Hill, and to help them grow into well-educated, thoughtful, confident and enthusiastic adults who value themselves and others. The school has a range of facilities to support learning and development, such as a library, a computer suite, a music room, a hall, a playground and a forest school area.
