In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining bird welfare, following Farm Manager instructions, managing litter, and ensuring personal safety and biosecurity. Responsibilities:

Support the farm team in upholding welfare and production standards.
Follow Farm Manager instructions for proper bird husbandry.
Manage litter and maintain a clean environment.
Prepare for chick arrivals and bird departures.
Keep the farm tidy and secure.
Observe safe working practices and wear protective gear.

Requirements:

No experience necessary, comprehensive training provided.
Genuine interest in chicken farming and animal welfare.
Own transport due to remote location.
Team player with a flexible approach to varying hours.
Willingness to work weekends and undertake necessary duties.
