Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to produce high-quality dishes consistently.

Plan and design menus in collaboration with the management team, focusing on local and seasonal produce for an international menu.

Manage food purchasing and storage to maintain standards and control stocks.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Chef or Kitchen Manager, preferably in a dynamic service environment.

Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards.

Culinary arts training or certification is desirable but not necessary.
