Mechanical Supervisor

My client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Fawley. As a leading engineering and maintenance provider, they supports customers in various industries, including water, chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage markets. Their goal is to enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs.
They have extensive experience in both offshore and onshore facilities, specializing in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases. We provide a wide range of services, including consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance and project work at the Fawley location. This role requires a high level of mechanical expertise and strong leadership skills to effectively oversee the team and ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and project work
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and provide technical guidance to the team
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Monitor and report on progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Significant experience in mechanical maintenance and project supervision
