Data Administrator

Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Bourne who are looking for Data Administrator to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our client one of the largest growers of fresh cut and living pot herbs in the UK.

About The Role:

You'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability and precision of our production data. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will contribute to the continuous improvement of our data management processes.

Hours of work : 7am - 19pm ; Continental shift pattern 2,2,3

Salary : GBP27,000.00

This is a PERMANENT role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make amendments to correct any mistakes noted by the production team.
• Report complex data entry errors to the Product Managers for further action.
• Suggest and apply enhancements to data recording processes to boost accuracy.
• Conduct reconciliation of information from reviewed documents to ensure precision and consistency.
• Analyse and present production data trends in a clear and comprehensive format.
• Guide and train production staff on accurate information recording.
• Verify the accuracy of data translation between different sources, such as from data capture and BI.

About you:

• Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
