Lettings Negotiator

Primarily covering Maldon and Witham
Basic pay is between GBP19,000-GBP20,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. Plus bonuses and other financial incentives offering an OTE of up to GBP25,000 per annum.
Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week. Our branch openings hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Friday, and 8:30am - 5:00pm on Saturdays. Where Saturdays are worked then a day off in the week will be taken.

Duties will include:

Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.
Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.
Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.
You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date, and facilitating the administrative process.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and motivated in a target driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
Complaint handling experience and empathetic approach
IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
Previous experience in Lettings is essential
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
