Branch Manager


Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting for a Branch Manager to join this nationwide recruitment company in their Manchester office.

You would be joining a company that has a strong reputation, believes in its core values and wants its teams to grow and progress.

To be considered for this role you will ideally either be a Branch/Business Manager within industrial or high volume temp recruitment, or an experienced senior consultant ready for the step up.

The main duties of this role:

  • Operating as a billing manager - leading from the front with sales activity and performance
  • Coach and train where required all staff members
  • Ensure all payroll is done accurately and on time
  • Ensure the branch and all its workers are compliant and legal to work
  • To work to company budgets and provide a profitable branch
  • To ensure all marketing and literature that represents the company is accurate and professional
  • To attend sales and service visits with potential and current clients across your region
  • To represent the client in the manner expected of a BM at all times.
