Conveyancing Paralegal

Top legal 500 practice located in Central London are currently recruiting a Paralegal with at least 1 years solid experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters. Ideally you will be qualified at LPC level but this is not essential although a law degree is required. Experience in property including: - * Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases * Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies. * New Build purchases (useful to have HTB experience but not necessary) * Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances * Registration including companies house and Land Registry * Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns * Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage * Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries * Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees) This law firm offer long term career prospects and historically, performance dependent will offer training contracts after a period of paralegal work.
