Sales & Marketing Manager

Working for a bespoke design and manufacturing organisation based in the heart of Warwickshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead a friendly and dedicated team of Account Managers. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate * Previous experience of successfully managing and developing a successful and happy sales team. * Achieved proven sales success through building client relationships. * Have a passion to learn, develop and constantly improve your skills. * Worked in a creative industry (design, promotions, events, print) * Have an artistic flare and appreciation of design. * Are detail oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment. * Have excellent communication and numeracy skills in Microsoft Excel and working with Apple Macs.
