Nursery Room Leader Baby Room & Nursery Practitioner Location: NW6 Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per year Nursery Room Leader Salary: £23,000 – £24,000 per year Nursery Practitioner Hours: 8 hours shift Monday to Thursday Fridays nursery is closed from 2.00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-time We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader Qualified L3 for the baby room to join our hard working and fun loving team in our nursery in the NW6 area. This nursery has fresh, spacious rooms and a lovely garden space too for the children. As Room Leader, you will: · Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development · Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development · To contribute to and implement Nursery policies · Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children · Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and identify training or development needs for staff · Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on their system and on file · Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times · Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met Skills Requirement – Nursery Room Leader Minimum qualification of Level 3 Early Years · 2+ years experience in a Room Leader position · Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS · Good team player with positive attitude Benefits on offer: · Salary of between £27,000 – £28,000 PA pa depending upon experience · 28 days holiday including bank holidays · Free car parking for drivers Apply Now Apply today for more information and a confidential chat!
