Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead

A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead, to commence a new role in Bristol. This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a circa £300M new build element of the scheme. Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role. My client are looking for a Commercial Lead, to oversee Commercial elements and a Commercial team across the above mentioned project, whilst working alongside a Project Director. Therefore, the ideal individual for the position will have extensive experience within new build and major projects, whilst operating at a similar level / title. A strong Tier 1 background would also be desirable.
