The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (splits, VRV's, VRF's) in schools, colleges and commercial office buildings between Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stoke and East Midlands You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing). The Person: It is essential that you are a qualified air-conditioning engineer with current F gas cat 1 and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.
