Huntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisors with excellent customer service experience to join an exciting project for a leading telecoms provider.
If you have call handling experience, a passion for providing excellent customer service, a flair for sales and are looking for a new challenge, then we have a great role for you.
As the first point of contact you will be taking calls from customers and dealing with their queries. As well as providing an excellent customer service you will also discuss upgrades with customers and try to resolve complaints.
Start Date: May 2024 and June 2024
Salary : 12 per hour plus a sales bonus scheme
Location: Work from home
Working hours: Shift between Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm (estimated 1 Saturday in 4, midweek day off in Lieu, TBC)
