Customer Service Advisors


We're currently seeking individuals to join our local client's Customer Service team. As a frontline Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing and updating internal systems with any issues or queries
  • Sending out essential documentation
  • Corresponding with customers via email
  • Making outbound calls as needed
