22,000 - 24,000 + PARKING + 20 days holiday + Bank hols (Increasing to 25 after 2 years)
MON - FRI 9.00-5.00 FULL TIME OFFICE BASED

We're seeking a talented individual who is used to a fast paced environment. Someone who is reactive and can 'hit the ground running' arranging and organising engineers for emergency call outs and planned maintenance.

You'll be the central pin to a smooth and responsive service from despatching Engineers to ensuring your customers are kept fully informed of fault resolution progress.

In a nutshell:
You will be the first point of contact for business customers who are seeking your assistance to arrange for engineers to deal with maintenance and repair call outs.
You will be delivering a first class Customer Service to a loyal customer base requiring immediate support and exceeding their expectations.
You'll have real 'telephone personality' and engage with customers to provide and process in response to not only their enquiries - but also respond and deal with concerns and request about products and service.
