• Must have a Quality-Engineering background
• Must have the desire to learn and grow, progress as a Quality Engineer
• They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved

• Perm: up to 35,000 - 41,000 (slight flex) + Bonus
• Flexi-time / Flexible working hours
• Based near Loughborough, Blackbrook, Finley Hill areas

Quality Engineer

The Role

• As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality department, inclusive of:
• Working closely with all Suppliers
• Root Cause Analysis, preventative and corrective actions
• Familiar working with quality tools, problem solving, 5y, fish bones, 8D, AQPQ, PPAP, Root Cause etc.
• Identifying areas to improve Quality
• Managing non conformances, dealing with returns
• Maintenance and upkeep of QMS
