Retail and Customer Experience Manager


Contract Scotland is delighted to be working with an established, independent retailer in the Stirling area, to recruit a Retail and Customer Experience Manager to join their friendly and successful team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to join a business where the customer experience is at the heart of everything they do.

Hours can be worked between Monday and Friday however a degree of flexibility is needed as some weekend work may be required.

This is a newly created position where you will work alongside the business owners, providing additional support in running the operation. Duties will include:

  • Managing the team on a day to day basis
  • Driving sales through the online offering as well as in store
  • Creating and being part of daily content and videos for social media platforms
  • Ensuring the store is maintained to an exceptionally high standard
  • Dealing with customers on an individual basis, offering advice and suggestions
  • Making sure each customer receives exceptional service
  • Changing store on a weekly basis to create a fresh look each time
  • Additional related tasks, as required

You will ideally have experience of working in a leadership role within a retail business however, people with customer service team leadership skills will also be considered. You must be passionate about delivering service excellence and will enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
