Contract Scotland is delighted to be working with an established, independent retailer in the Stirling area, to recruit a Retail and Customer Experience Manager to join their friendly and successful team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to join a business where the customer experience is at the heart of everything they do.
Hours can be worked between Monday and Friday however a degree of flexibility is needed as some weekend work may be required.
This is a newly created position where you will work alongside the business owners, providing additional support in running the operation. Duties will include:
You will ideally have experience of working in a leadership role within a retail business however, people with customer service team leadership skills will also be considered. You must be passionate about delivering service excellence and will enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
