The Technical Delivery Support is desk provides project support for acquisitions, expansion of the business and any business as usual change requests

Your core responsibilities

• Provide support to the business on M&A activity
• Support and deliver new projects in line with predefined timescales and budget
• Provide handover support and familiarisation training to support teams once services are in life
• Provide and maintain strict supplier governance in line with predefined guidelines.
• Tracking of spend against a predefined CAPEX budget

Our essential requirements

• Experience of providing PMO/PC support
• MPLS Networking
• Experience of providing WAN and LAN support
• Ability to respond out of hours if necessary to deliver critical project success
