We're Seeking Candidates Who: * Have a meticulous attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Are skilled with hand-tools. * Have previous experience in a manufacturing or production role (preferred). * Approach tasks with confidence and a practical mindset. * Possess teamwork capabilities and adaptability to shifting demands. * Are proficient in basic computer and mathematical skills. * Can interpret technical drawings (a plus). * Demonstrate a committed and enthusiastic attitude towards work. * Show a willingness to learn and progress within the organization. Assembly Production Operator Responsibilities Include: * Becoming adept at assembling plastic components using detailed diagrams and specifications. * Precision assembly of electronic and mechanical parts. * Performing final product inspections to guarantee quality. * Learning soldering for PCBs and cable assemblies. * Operating digital printers and bonding machines, and overseeing software setups after training. What Our Client Offers: This position is full-time and permanent, operating Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an early finish at 2:30 PM on Fridays. We welcome applicants with diverse levels of hand-tool experience, including those new to production roles. Offering a competitive salary ranging from £11.50 to £12.50 per hour, based on experience.
