Hygiene Operative - Days or Nights PSi Talent are looking for talented hygiene operatives to join a modern Bakery facility based in Kettering. They are currently looking to add to their days and nights teams. Hygiene Operative - Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * Health & wellbeing programme * On-site parking * Referral programme Hygiene Operative - Main Duties: * Deep clean and sanitise any equipment before releasing back to production * To Undertake company training and any other training provided in line with chemical supply companies and safe and effective use of materials. * To handle chemicals daily, fully complying with Health & Safety rules and regulations. * To undertake any chemicals related training as provided (such as emergency chemical spill procedures, decanting, correct storing, application etc) * Ensure any lines and/or equipment used for products with Allergen’s are cleaned and sanitised to the required standards, using only the correctly coloured equipment and utensils. * Refilling of dispensers in production areas * Ensure hygiene specialist training is used to clean / operate in cleaning mode production equipment. Hygiene Operative - Essential Criteria: * Competent to work to the highest hygiene and food safety standards. * Proven ability to follow instructions and apply initiative to make sound decisions * Relevant Hygiene experience * Experience of working in a fast paced, food production environment Hygiene Operative - Hours of work: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Day shift hours are 06:00 – 18:00 and night shift hours are 18:00 – 06:00 Hygiene Operative - Salary Days - £11.65 PH Nights - £12.35 PH If you do not meet all of the requirements for this position, still apply.
