We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly family run business in Hertford that specialise in plumbing, drainage & heating services. Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Hertford Salary: £25k per annum (reviewed after 6 months of service) Schedule: 5 shifts per week (one weekend day required) Benefits: Overtime available 20 days annual Leave Christmas Shutdown Full training provided. Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities: Delivering prices & quotes to customers. Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Data entry of customer information. Taking payments from customers over the phone. Ordering materials. Customer Service Administrator Requirements: Excellent customer service and communications skills (essential) Ability to work 9hr shifts with start times between 8am to 11am (essential) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. (essential) Previous experience within a customer service role or similar position (essential)
