Estimator

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering and Utilities Sectors to recruit an Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in the North West and will involve work within Utilities/Gas Projects. Estimator Roles and Responsibilities Assisting with the production, strategy and interfacing between various departmental functions to ensure that tender returns are accurately priced, commercially and technically detailed. Ensuring strict timescales are maintained throughout the tendering process. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals together with fostering the development of future tender success and new Client opportunities. Supporting the transition between the tender phase to project handover and delivery. Estimator Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience in tendering or quantity surveying, with a civils or utilities background Knowledge of NEC suite of contracts is Essential Ability to take off from design drawings, interpret specifications and prepare Bills of Quantities Involvement in the tendering process and the preparation and presentation of detailed tender cost build ups Background in the gas / Utilities sector or CNI / ISS experience would be advantageous Estimator Benefits Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 North West Based Bike to work scheme Company pension Life insurance Private medical insurance Wellness programmes If you are interested in this Estimator role, please apply or contact Jack Brown at PSR Solutions
