Looking to join a successful independently owned agency that can offer career progression and great earning potential?  Well, there is an exciting Sales Negotiator opportunity available, to join their close-knit team in the Corby area.   As a Sales Negotiator, your working hours are: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator: £24,000 basic OTE £30,000 Business mileage Career progression opportunities Free Parking Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have the following: Experience as a Sales Negotiator or in the property sector Knowledge of the local area – preferable Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Excellent interpersonal skill Driven and works well under pressure. Personable, Team player  Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to: Building quick rapport with customers and 3rd party contacts  Booking and conducting viewings Negotiating property sales Sales progression Working to achieve KPI targets.
