Role Essentials: * Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems within the production facility * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults swiftly to minimise downtime * Perform routine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production targets * Undertake improvement projects under supervision of the day engineering team as required by the business * Uphold stringent health and safety standards Skills & Experience: * Electrical Engineering apprenticeship (ONC or equivalent) * Proven experience in a heavy manufacturing or production environment * Proficient in fault-finding and repair of electrical systems * Ability to read electrical drawings * Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems is highly desirable * A strong commitment to health and safety protocols This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to apply their electrical engineering skills to make a tangible impact.
