Senior Civil Design Engineer

Attention Senior Civil Engineers! Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Civil Engineer to join an independent Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to attend the Guildford office 3 days per week to complete Drainage and Road designs across a range of projects! Our client is growing their Guildford office so are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to be a key member of the team, sharing expertise and ensuring the delivery of outputs meet client's briefs. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the delivery of projects of all sizes Ensure designs for projects align with relevant design standards and codes Support and contribute to the development of team members Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures Maintain and develop positive client relationsKey Requirements: Extensive experience working as a Civil Engineer A degree in Civil Engineering Previous experience completing Drainage and Road designs Experience with current UK design standards and working practices Prior leadership experience A chartered Engineer status or working towards Strong experience using Civil3D, Info Drainage and/or Causeway Flow Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamBenefits: 25 days annual leave plus additional days for long service Performance related bonus The ability to buy and sell holiday days Flexible and hybrid working opportunities Employee Referral Scheme Professional development 5% pension contribution Private healthcare Cycle to Work SchemeTo be considered for this role you must already have Authorisation to Work in the UK
