Early Years Teacher Redditch


Early Years Teacher - Redditch Aspire People are currently looking for Early Years Teachers for primary schools based in Redditch and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities as an Early Years Teacher will include: * Design and implement a well-structured curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (Framework) * Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development * Plan, develop and deliver lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of children * Monitor and assess children's progress * Collaborate with parents, guardians and fellow educators in the children's learning journey * Promote positive behaviour management techniques and establish clear boundaries Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (ECT) and a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. * Proven experience working with children aged 3 to 5, within a school or early years setting. * Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in planning, teaching, and assessment. * Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. * Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children (Can obtain one with Aspire People if you do not have a DBS on the update service) * Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with Aspire People if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months) Aspire People are keen to speak with candidates who are interested in this role and feel that they meet the requirements stated above.
