Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading tier 1 contractor specialising in student accommodation, mixed use developments, retail, residential developments, hotels and sport and leisure. They offer cutting-edge knowledge and experience in sustainability and digital construction to deliver exceptional results across both the public and private sectors. They are now recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working on a £30m industrial design and build scheme in Warrington. Duties and responsibilities to include: Assist with updating all cost control procedures as advised, and working within the guidelines set out within the Group policies and procedures Assist with the compilation of all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required. Assist with accurate costing for each aspect of site development Assist with compiling reports on costs and cash flows using the support systems available, as well as reports for the Division as required Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors Process subcontract orders, payments and variations Attend team meetings as required Promote and act in accordance with Group values, systems, policies and procedures If you're interested in this opportunity, then please apply with your CV
