Social Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to work within a home for children and young people with Complex Needs in East Ham, London.  The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff from Registered Manager to Support worker. As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit and support the team with full Autonomy  What The company Offers Salary is negotiable based upon experience £60-65k Clear progression plans, Development Programs and first class in-house training Bonus Scheme, dependent on OFSTED ratings Company Pension Company Events Free onsite Parking What The Post Requires A minimum of 5 years’ Working in Residential Childcare At least 2 year in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) Must have a “GOOD” or ‘OUTSTANDING within the last two years OFSTED Inspections What the post responsibilities include but not limited to Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets Matching potential Young People with the current residents Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi-agency partners, management meetings and Interviewing new potential staff for your team If you would like a confidential conversation about your next steps, feel free to  apply directly or call us on (phone number removed) to discuss many of the amazing opportunities for Registered Managers we have.
