Registered Children’s Home Manager for a New Solo Children's Home Offering progression to responsible individual! Location: Wolverhampton area Salary: £50,000 Per annum negotiable depending upon experience and qualification plus bonuses. Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week, flexibility on start/finish times, hybrid working. This new children's home is ready to open once the manager is on board and you will be encouraged to put your own stamp on the home. There is a very experienced responsible individual to work alongside with. The aim’s of the home are to ensure a safe, homely and therapeutic environment for a vulnerable young person. Using PACE therapeutic model. Requirements: · Ideally be enrolled onto or hold a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management for Residential Childcare or equivalent. · Within the past five years, spent at least two years in a position relevant to the residential care of children ideally as a deputy children's home manager or registered children's home manager. · Have excellent leadership and management skills and be passionate about making a difference to children and young people's lives. · Have excellent knowledge of the Children’s homes regulations and quality standards England 2015 Does this sound like the next exciting career opportunity for you?
