We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Surveyor based in, or around the Bristol/ Weston-Super-Mare areas. Our client is looking for a Surveyor with Project Management experience to oversee and manage the identification of damp & mould in housing association properties.  Day to Day: Experienced Surveyor – domestic property experience      To carryout building diagnostics, writing reports      Work daily with schedule of rates      Identify and advise on damp & mould in properties      Day to day management of subbies      Liaising with tenants living in housing association properties      Sending out email and letter correspondence Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Experienced and suitably qualified Surveyor      Experience of surveying domestic properties, ideally social housing      Experience of Asbestos, damp & mould      Knowledge of schedule of rates      Good customer service experience      Good communicator      Must be computer literate using Microsoft office      Driving licence Benefits: Flexible working arrangement available      Mileage claimable      Holiday and pension contributions Please apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
