MEPH Site Manager

MEPH Site Manager - Residential development - East London A MEPH Site Manager needed to work on a large residential scheme in East London. You will be playing a crucial role in overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEPH systems and will have previous experience working  for a specialist or main contractor. Responsibilities/ Key skills: Oversee delivery of M&E services, QA & Handover management, and site operations. Coordinate design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Review technical documentation and manage contractor submissions. Identify and mitigate risks to project timeline and quality. Chair meetings and liaise with stakeholders. Implement QA/QC systems and ensure safety protocols. Manage resources and track progress. Provide technical expertise and support to project team.Qualifications: Relevant NVQ or HNC/Degree in engineering, SMSTS, CSCS Proven management experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Technical expertise in MEP systems. Proficiency in MS Office, BIM, and project management tools. Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
