Senior Project Manager

Actaris Site Services require a senior project manager for a site in North London. Our client, a well-established Design, Build, Fit-Out, and Refurbishment contractor, specialises in providing construction and engineering solutions for customers nationwide across a variety of sectors, including Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial Office, Public Buildings & Estates and Education. Overview of job: This particular job is a removal of the previous cladding system, the system is rails, insulations and fixings. After removal, checking for any repair/remediation. Install new system, new system installing tyvek, rails, cavity barriers, vertical and horizontal barriers. This also involves pre condition surveys for 249 flats. Rates Negotiable. Start asap.
