Foreman

I am currently recruiting a foreman for a West Midlands based civil engineering contractor. My client specialise in small to medium sized civil contracts predominantly across the highways, infrastructure, water and earthmoving sectors. My client are looking to on-board a foreman to assist with the delivery of a local roads and 278 works package being delivered. Foreman responsibilities: * Reporting and working alongside the project manager. * Maintaining and ensuring Health and safety compliance. * Site supervision. * Keeping site diaries. * Tool box talks. * Liaising and working alongside the client. * Quality assurance checks. * Putting men to work. Foreman requirements: * CSCS Card. * SSSTS/ SMSTS. * 3 - 5 years management experience. * Previous experience with 278 works and drainage. * Full UK driving licence.
