Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer £17ph - £23ph depending on experience Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm (flexible) Steel Cactus Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client; a specialist in the steel sector based in Dudley. Due to business demand; our client has a requirement for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer preferably with experience in the steel sector in addition to the following: • Reporting and recording of maintenance and repair details for all work activities, using the appropriate maintenance management • To support the department in the development and implementation of processes which comply with the clients H&S Management System • Support the Engineering team to determine root cause and measures appropriate to prevent re occurrence • Ensuring clear and concise records are maintained to enable trends to be determined and corrective actions identified • The ideal candidate must hold either 16th, 17th or 18th edition and ideally be apprentice trained • Ideally you will have experience of electrical maintenance and fault finding within a heavy engineering environment Benefits • There’s no shift work and the client can be flexible around candidates wanting part time hours. • You will be working for a strong and established company within the heavy engineering sector
