Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer Location: Field based - Gloucester, Swindon, Bristol, Cheltenham, Oxford Salary: £35,000 per annum + overtime paid at time and ¼ Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Benefits: * Overtime available * Stocked company van * 21 days holiday + bank holiday * Pension Our client is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with previous waste industry experience to join their team. The role offers a chance to increase your earing via overtime and development. Your day-to-day duties will include the following: * Completing PPM's and reactive maintenance on client's recycling equipment. * Working on average 2-3 jobs per day. * Diagnosing faults on control panels. * Completing welding and fabrication work. * Working on hydraulic circuits. As an individual you will need the following experience: * You will have a proven background in mechanical or electrical engineering. * You will come from an engineering background relating to any heavy industry. (Waste management or Agricultural) * Proven fabrication and welding experience is highly advantageous. * Previous experience wiring electrical controls panels is an advantage. * You will have great customer facing skills. * Able to work autonomously on site. * Any technical qualifications will support, but experience in the main requirement.
