Internal Account Manager £26,000 to £28,000pa d.o.e, NN14 2WB, 30 days holiday, 9am till 5pm Mon to Thurs & 8.30am till 4.30pm Fri, Permanent, Immediate Start, Permanent Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a market leading manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join them. You will provide account administration support to their customers across the UK: Processing customer orders from email, onto in-house system, cross checking order requirements and current stock levels. Liaising with Production re planning requirements Arranging order collections via couriers, advising customer of ETA, and advising of any unforeseen delays Ensuring all relevant paperwork is correct and present for the warehouse team to be able to despatch the order Raising and distributing quotations to both existing and prospect customers, following up on quotation in advised lead time Forecasting and prompting customers on repeat orders, highlighting to customers production lead times, so expectations are set First line management of customer complaints, raising internal investigations and updating customers on progressWe would expect the successful Internal Account Manager to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, professional and positive manner to be able to build strong supplier relationships. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with company processes and procedures. You will be joining the Head Office of a company that has been established for over 60 years, and has an enviable reputation in their manufacturing field. Working directory with the Customer Service Manager, this roles offers variety on a daily basis.
