Quantity Surveyor

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with strong background working on fit out / refurbishment schemes. Our client are a very reputable contractor who are looking to hire for a range of brand new projects across Central London. The business is a rapidly growing contractor with several new projects starting in Zone 1. They will eventually branch out into new build. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. This role will be split between in the office and on site will include Estimating duties as well as the normal requirements of the role. Our client have a very strong pipeline of work, as well as strong opportunity for progression. They are keen to employ someone who is looking for a long term plan and wants to grow within a busines. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have: * Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor. * Proven, stable work history * Prior experience working on fit-out / refurbishment schemes * Understanding and some experience of estimation. * A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable. * Previous/current main contractors/developers as employers To be considered for this exciting opportunity please apply today with your most updated CV
