HR Generalist


Elevation HR are currently working with a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Scunthorpe as they appoint a HR Generalist to manage their HR function on a full time, permanent basis. This is a standalone, pure generalist HR role and you will be responsible for developing the current HR set up including the employee lifecycle, employee relations and recruitment. This role offers a fantastic development opportunity with progression to becoming the sites HR Manager, day to day your responsibilities will include: Supporting or taking the lead on Employee Relation matters including investigations, disciplinaries and grievance matters Management of the recruitment process both directly and through maintaining relationships with agencies Processing of new starters and leavers; completing right to work checks, creating offer letters, contracts and new starter packs, and communicating these with the payroll department Advising supervisors and managers on employment law Update and maintain employee personnel files and databases, ensuring audit standards are met Monthly KPI reporting prepared promptly for board meetings.
