Accounts Assistant


Space 8 Recruitment are supporting a super client based between Warwick & Solihull to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly team at their Head Office.  This role is easily commutable from Warwick (20 mins), Leamington (30 mins), Coventry (45 mins), Solihull (20 mins) or Stratford-upon-Avon (25 mins).  The role is full time and office-based.  This role reports into the FC and duties include: Sales Ledger  Purchase Ledger  Managing the vehicle fleet (training provided) HR Admin (training provided)  Dealing with contract renewals (training provided)  Ad-hoc admin as required  Speaking to customers and resolving queries.  What are they looking for?  Previous experience of sales ledger & purchase ledger is a must have.  The additional duties can be trained on.  Most important to this role is understanding that small teams require a flexible attitude and the willingness to pitch in when needed. We are looking for a multi-tasker who enjoys a varied, busy day and has a great team spirit.
