The hospital is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and provides a supportive and rewarding work environment for its staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Wards, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care. Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and resource allocation within the Wards. Collaborate with medical professionals and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care. Implement and monitor protocols, guidelines, and quality assurance measures within the Wards. Foster a positive work culture, supporting the professional development of staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Significant experience in ward management and leadership. Relevant postgraduate qualification in a leadership or management field. Proven leadership skills and experience in a managerial role within clinical services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
