Part time Administrator Fareham 12 hpw - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 4 hrs per day Ongoing - weekly paid Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for handling administrative tasks seamlessly? My client is seeking an Administrator with invoicing experience to join the team. Key Requirements: Admin Customer service First point of contact for general enquiries Processing invoices/banking Writing quotes to email to customers Diary management Ordering of stock/MaterialsRequirements Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on invoicing. Proficiency in invoicing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
