Design Manager

M&E Design Manager Location: Central London Salary: Up to £90k + Package My client is a leading Main Contractor looking to expand their Design Team, specifically in their M&E department. We have worked with this client for a number of years and have placed many candidates with them. They have an extremely high retention rate and have excellent benefits. Responsibilities: * Working on a mix of Residential and Commercial schemes in Central London * Attend progress and technical meetings as an advisor to the operational teams * Check Gas, Electrical and other services related certification is compliant * Manage the Site Inspection Reporting system and provide regular reports to the operational teams * Providing advice and support to ensure that designs and installations meets legislative and health and safety requirements * Liaise closely with in-house and external designers, providing advice and guidance on practical aspects of mechanical and electrical installations * Provide regular reports to your manager on progress and status of the various activities and works being undertaken Benefits * Competitive basic salary up to £90k * Excellent package
