Look no further.  Working for this award-winning international commercial law firm as Senior Associate, you will work within the Healthcare team to advise government bodies, private providers and insurers on a range of issues including inquests and public inquiries, best interests applications, claims for judicial review, mental health law, patient care issues, and clinical and corporate governance matters. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare, public, and regulatory sector lawyers to unearth new opportunities and foster business growth. You’ll need to be a qualified solicitor with experience in healthcare law, adept at inquest advocacy, team collaboration, flexibility, superior client communication whilst possessing meticulous attention to detail. A background in Court of Protection work and health and social care sector issues, alongside litigation experience, is advantageous.
