Home Manager - Elderly nursing home *Nurse qualification not essential* Plymouth £60K- £65K (Negotiable DOE) Job Overview Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an established care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care that provides nursing and dementia care to elderly residents. As the Home Manager for the service, responsible for maintaining high levels of care for the residents and creating an outstanding environment. Salary £60k to £65k per annum depending on experience. Candidate requirements * To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Home Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines. * Be able the market the home to the local community to help improve occupancy levels. * You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals. * As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business * Open to NON nurse applications Location This role is based in near Plymouth and commutable from Callington, Tavistock, Launceston and Okehampton.
