Role Overview: As an Early Years and Foundation Stage Teacher, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for students' academic and social development. This full-time position entails working with children aged 3 to 5 years, providing them with a solid educational and emotional foundation for future success. Responsibilities include: * Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. * Creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that promotes holistic development, including social, emotional, and cognitive skills. * Assessing students' progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs, abilities, and learning styles. * Collaborating with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support students' learning and well-being. * Implementing effective behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. * Maintaining accurate records of students' achievements, attendance, and progress reports following school policies and regulations. * Participating in professional development activities and staying abreast of current educational trends and best practices. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: * A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) specializing in Early Years or Foundation Stage education. * Relevant experience teaching in an Early Years setting, preferably within a UK school environment. * Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its implementation in practice. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young children effectively, parents, and colleagues. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners and supporting their holistic development. * A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom and school community. * Enhanced DBS Clearance or willingness to undergo the necessary checks.
