An exciting opportunity has come for a Qualified Flight Instructor to join a fantastic team and help deliver world class flying training to Military and aircrew on the Texan TMk1. Responsibilities ·You will deliver a varied and dynamic syllabus to meet the required standards of the specialism being taught ·Delivery of airborne instruction is a significant responsibility within the role including – Airbourne instruction, practical Demonstrations, technical lessons, phase briefs, synthetic events and debriefing ·Support in the designing of a curriculum for Texan TMk1 training Must haves ·Ex military experience as a pilot ·Physically/medically fit Ideal Candidate ·Maintain high professional standards ·Health and safety awareness ·Compassionate when instructing ·Have strong presentational skills ·Resilient ·Operate a Military ethos ·Respect in the work place This is an exciting time to join a successful team and progress in your career
