Position: Project Manager Client: Leading Tier 1 Contractor Start date: ASAP-happy to wait for the right candidate Must haves: Previous experience working with Tier 1 contractor, strong CV with long contracts Pay: PAYE only, not CIS or LTD payment available Contract length: looking for long-term freelancer or temp to perm position Requirements: As a construction project manager, responsibilities include overseeing all project phases, from planning and strategy, build, including internals/envelopes & roofing/civil/external/Building Envelope (External & Structural Walls/Foundations/Structural Frames/Drainage/External Services/Cut & Fill/Hard & Soft Landscaping) and managing and assisting planning various sections of work collaborating with design teams and consultants, managing a team of reporting managers, and ensuring projects align with commercial goals.
