Domiciliary Care Worker - PT

Community Care Assistant Nexxus Care are recruiting for a motivated care assistant to come and join our team Domiciliary Care Team No experience necessary as full training will be provided. This is a Community based role therefore you are required to have a Full UK driving Licence and access to your own vehicle For this role you will be working within the Uttoxeter area and you will be required to work every evening and every weekend however we can consider applicants who are available to work alternate weekends (Shift times are 7:00 - 2:00pm, 2.30pm - 10pm and weekends). The role of a Nexxus Care Assistant is varied in its duties and no two days will be the same. Some duties may include: · To give assistance to individuals (when required) with washing/ bathing, toileting, dressing and undressing, whilst promoting independence and dignity and respect. · Providing assistance with preparing meals, ensuring any dietary needs are met and recorded if needed. · Ensuring care plans are followed, providing that person centred care, and all choice are respected, whilst completing care documentation. · Taking service users to appointments or shopping if needed
